What do I need to get started serving my documents?

  • All documents must be filed with your court.
  • Send to us via email, mail or fax, all the documents that your court requires to be served.
  • Must include your contact information:
    • Your Full Name
    • Your phone number
    • Your email address
    • Your mailing address
  • Other Information that is needed:
    • The person who is being served
    • The service address

How can I give you the documents?

  • The best and most common way is via email, in pdf form.
  • Your documents can also be sent by fax or mail.

How do I send my documents if I don’t have a scanner or fax machine?

  • You can go to a store that can scan and email or fax your documents over to us (ie. UPS, FedEx, PostNet, etc.).
  • You can also use Scanner Apps on your phone. These documents must be in pdf format.
  • Whether you email or fax your documents, please include your contact information.

What type of documents do I need to provide?

  • The documents that the court requires you to have served. If you have any questions, contact your court clerk or court representative.

How do I pay?

  • Please call the Office and we will take payment over the phone.
  • You can also fill out our Credit Card Authorization form and email it back to us.

What is the turnaround time for service?

  • Generally, for a Routine Serve, a server will make the first attempt within 2 to 3 business days of receiving the documents and payment.

How many attempts?

  • Generally, our servers will make 4 attempts. Each attempt will be made on different days at different times.

Does Bullet Legal Services file the Affidavit of Service?

  • No. You are responsible for adhering to your court’s preferred method of filing
