Service of Process

Is the procedure employed to give legal notice to a person of a court or administrative body’s exercise of its jurisdiction so as to enable the person to respond to the proceeding before the court, body or other tribunal.

• Service options are dependent on the service location and the Client’s time constraints. These options include:
• Routine Service: 2-3 Business Days
• Rush Service: 1-2 Days
• Expedite: 8 hours
• An Affidavit of Service or Affidavit of Non-Service is provided upon completion of service.
• Legal Process: In civil lawsuits or prosecutions there are many proceedings that require formal notice or writ used by the courts to exercise jurisdiction over a person or property. Typical serves may include:

• The legal concept in which a party is made aware of a legal process affecting their rights, obligations or duties.
• Affidavit of Service
• A document that indicates the time and place at which service was affected, the person served, and any additional information needed to establish that service was properly made.

Surveillance

The French word for “watching over”. The monitoring of the behavior, activities, or other changing information, usually of people for the purpose of influencing, managing, direction or protecting.
